    The opportunities to build a great organization are endless at Speed. Stop trying to be the low-cost bidder then destroying management for inherent weaknesses.

    Seriously, I can not think of any.

    Cons

    Two words: Unethical and dysfunctional. Workload is unbearable and very unrewarding. If ICE or OSHA paid a visit, I am sure there would be serious violations. Steer clear if you want a clean reputation.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Since you will only be there a year tops, there is no reason to work your behind off, nor to require your direct reports to do the same. Turnover among management is off the charts. Change must come from the top down, and I don't see Satan changing his ways.
