I have been working at Speedy Group Holdings full-time (less than a year)

Pros

Potential to move up. been with the company for three months got the opportunity to move up to a AM position which has been a great reward.

Cons

Work schedule should be more flexible.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

keep focusing on out CAs because we run a business in which they are the face of the company, that being said we need to focus that they know our values and that they feel happy in the workplace. How we do that is by simply instating our open door policy to them, but also offer training classes to benefit them sharpen their skills.

    I have been working at Speedy Group Holdings full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

    The company is growing very fast and there is a lot of opportunity for many in positions with the company. There is a company culture that is unmatched in any that I have ever worked for.

    Cons

    Because of the growth there is a lack of help at corporate to assist with things the stores and call center cannot.

    Careful to not lose the culture while in transition with new leadership.
