Overall, a very good company to work for

Executive Assistant (Current Employee)

ProsThey take good care of their employees and seem to really want them to succeed. Generous with bonuses and very seldom have layoffs. They pay overtime to their executive assistants.

ConsAs with any consulting firm, the hours can be long and stress to meet client deadlines high. No sick time (comes from PTO allotment).

Advice to Senior ManagementConsider being more flexible with regard to letting executive assistants work flex-time and occasionally from home.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
