Your treated like just a small part of a machine, and if the whole machine isn't making money then all the parts are blamed. I work really hard, but others around me don't and I suffer for it. Blame is placed on good people who are doing more than their fair share, yes more than their fair share. There is no expertise needed to criticize people, and believe me the un-expertised people do criticize constantly. There are certain people like managers that are only required to criticize people - thats their only job task, they just make notes on anything they dont like. Then uncover more stones to find more items to complain about. Basically this is a highly political environment and if your part of one of the many companies Spherion aquired - then you hate the changes.

Advice to Senior Management

We dont need the regional vice presidents - they are a waste of money.
