I am able to live close to home and get to work in just a few minutes

Cons

The company has no money. They are hurting. Upper management does not know the business, We have to enter a certain amount of activity in the system each day/week. Most people fake this, as we can never do the quota that the company wants - look around, the business is dying, and we should do more activity than normal? I think not. I can sneek out to see the basketball games and nobody knows, This is just a job, not a career. Nobody expects to retire from here. Its like being a usher at a movie theatre.
