“They keep me employed, but their benefits are non-existent.”
Current Employee – been working at Spherion full-time for less than a year
Pros – Good hourly pay. Interesting assignment.
Cons – No paid time off; no paid holidays; terribly expensive health insurance.
Advice to Senior Management – Improve your benefits package so people will want to stay with you!
