Pros

They found me a job quickly with a major bank. In the beginning I was offered benefits (401k, vacation, holidays), but they took them away at the beginning of the year because of the economy so they said.

Cons

At the beginning of the year, they took away the benefits they offered me when they hired me last year. They sent an email with no letter to follow. The excuse what the economy but I have the feeling that management kept their benefits.

Advice to Senior Management

Like senior management at big companies, they just need to be fired.
