Spherion has a good reputation in the industry and has many offices throughout North America.

Cons

As far as the Lima franchise, benefits are not very good. Also, due to a great deal of nepetism, decisions are not always made on merit, but rather on who you are related to.

Advice to Senior Management

Pay more attention to individual employee performance and treat employees based on their merit and accomplishments rather than on who they are or are not related to. Communicate with employees on a regular basis, not just when there is a problem.
