Good benefits package. Had personal days available. Get a good manager and it is a good place to work.

Cons

Low pay, no opportunity for professional advancement. Refused to pay for any professional courses/functions. Don't expect to receive any type of praise from anyone other than your immediate manager.

Advice to Senior Management

Pick a strategy and stick with it! The RPO organization suffered from turnover in top management. Communication never worked its way down from the top. Upper management in RPO never bothered to meet/connect with staff members. After working there 6 years, the upper RPO managers wouldn't know me if I met them on the street.
