Pros

Spherion is an average company to work for. There employees that work for Spherion are above average and performers were well taken care of when the economy was in better shape. Good benefits and vacation packages that are above average when first starting with a company. The best reason to work for this company will depend on who your manager is. I have had a few different managers and most have been a pleasure to work for.

Cons

Poor communication from upper management. Lack of respect and involvment with branch employee. This was a much better place when the economy up, the company has lost touch with the first line of employees and have created much distrust within the organization.

Advice to Senior Management

Senior Management needs to be restructured. There are some senior level managers that have created a terrible work environment and employee morale.
