“Disappointing”
I have been working at Spherion
Pros – It's better than being unemployed
Cons – You will not have a personal life, you do not have job security, there are no merit raises, pay cuts, large turnover, typically do not promote from within.
Advice to Senior Management – You need to create a more pleasant work environment
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
