If Spherion is a vendor of a great company you have a leg up in trying to obtain a position with that company.

You get paid weekly.

Cons

Benefits and pay are dismal
The company is antiquated and wants to much from employees and thinks they are all uneducated idiots.

Advice to Senior Management

Model yourself after some of the Fortune 500 companies you work with especially if you want to have a high retention amongst employees.
