Current Employee – been working at Spirent Communications full-time
Pros – Opportunity to learn, work with latest technologies, interact with key technology players.
Good core team.
Cons – local management not bothered about 'people'. Lack of people management.
Advice to Senior Management – HR should take more control, and ensure wellfare of employees. Record attrition rate and judge the cause.
