Current Employee – been working at Spirent Communications full-time

Pros – Great team, smart people, competitive products. Flexible schedules which offsets sometimes heavy work demands. While with any company you will have some gripes with management decisions at the end of the day Spirent has more positives going for them. Management works hard at trying to understand employees wants/needs as well as rolling out what needs to be done, when possible, to keep the team happy and feeling valued.

Cons – While the benefits are competitive and good, for the "technology" industry the benefits could be a little better.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
