    Pros

    Great managers. Lots oh hands on experience. Treated like a valuable employee. Given responsibilities that helped add value to the company. Great intern programs. Provided amazing educational, career development seminars and lectures.

    Cons

    Better pay would be nice. With 15000 employees it takes a while to get to know everyone you need to do your job.

    Good place to start a career and move into other positions

    Cons

    High turn over rate. Be weary of job descriptions-Managers like to use employees with unclear job descriptions like toilet paper.

    Advice to Management

    Stop doing the same thing over and over trying to get different results. Big disconnect from the top to the bottom. No accountability for managers. No clear understanding of internal processes and coordination of supporting departments.
