    Pros

    Flight benefits (though this is basically the same with working for all airlines)
    Some cool projects
    Marketing team is very fun to work with, they are innovators

    Cons

    Pay is low and they rarely/never give raises
    Some middle management was very inept
    Bad reputation in the industry for customer service and policies

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Hire better middle management, reward pay talented employees financially after they prove themselves.

    I worked at Spirit Airlines part-time (less than an year)

    Pros

    Fun people, really sociable but then again I guess that depends on the department. As a customer service agent (ticket agent) you are required to talk to hundreds of unfamiliar faces daily. Therefore mostly everyone I worked with was friendly and fun to be around. Be yourself, have fun, and Speak up.

    Cons

    Bad company policy on baggage fees leads to angry customers. Customer service Agents are the "face" of Spirit Airlines. Meaning you take a lot of verbal abuse for policies you might not necessarily agree with yourself.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Improve Customer relations or Employee benefits, don't leave both sides unhappy.
