Pros

Meeting cool people and the rare celebrity (or reality star), and great co-workers, besides that can't think of anything else.

Cons

Very disorganized, Supervisor would blame employees to save his/her job and get them fired. Uncomfortable work enviornment, too many mechanical problems and downgraded aircraft, unrealistic goals for us to follow (no delays during an IROP, good luck!) Very gloomy atmosphere, pay is way too low for the stress, long days, sometimes working without sleep. Have to wait 3 months to get flight benefits

Advice to Management

If you weren't firing people every single week for a delayed flight, we would be relaxed. Focus on customer service and the company's reputation would improve, forget on time departure in an airport that simply ain't going to happen on some days and be nice to your employees, most of them either get fired or quit. Change some of those ridiculous rules you have in the company, and last of all, give those poor workers off when they want off (but then again that goes back to not firing people every single week)
