I have been working at Spirit Airlines

Pros

believe that was a company with big future and positions to grew up. But things are very unusual over there

Cons

People and supervisors don't care about you, they don't help you, they don't try to be honest with you and a lot more

Advice to ManagementAdvice

They have to honor the people who work over there and they have to give security and benefits in flights

    I have been working at Spirit Airlines full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    Nothing, if your looking at working with Spirit, turn and run away fast!

    Cons

    Worked at the "corporate" office for over a year and thought it would get better but each day provides unbelievable incompetence of management. I'm still working here but have started looking to get out of this place. An upgrade of the facility will mean nothing given the same managers. It's a shame since I really wanted to stay but they don't rate dead last in the world for a commercial airline for nothing. Employees are actually treated much worst them their customers!

    The management of the entire company is so bad I don't no where to start
