The managers are incompetent. They do not seem to understand the work and effort put fourth. Although some manager's are helpful and understanding most are not. This is because the Senior Managers had to overcompensate in there job by being harsh and unfair. Also, at Sport Chalet there is a lot of drama that usually occurs, which is childish. I understand every job can be this way, but, there is no such thing as personal at this company.
