“I had a decent experience working there while in college”
Former Employee – worked at Sports Authority part-time for more than a year
Pros – -Flexible Hours to accommodate busy schedules
-Generous discounts for employees, friends and families
-Good way to learn about equipment if your into fitness and sports
Cons – -Pay rate for this retail store based in Atlanta is barely over the minimum wage mark
-Pressured by management to sell warranties and add on items
-No recognition for hard work and excellent sales/job performance. Job advancement would probably never happen.
