Pros

Associate discounts, but does not meet industry standard. Flexible schedule can provide benefits of not using vacation days

Cons

Micro-managed and inefficient. Directives and seasonal changes are not allocated any additional resources.

    the discount, good group of employees, some cool managers, learn a lot about different equipments and sports

    Cons

    poor management, too much pressure to sign people up for loyalty program, and hours can feel really long and boring

    Pros

    Promotion potential, great co-workers, decent pay

    Cons

    Corporate does not know what it is like to work in the field and payroll cuts like crazy in 2013

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Use engagement survey to the company's benefit and listen to what the employees in the field are telling you. In order to provide great customer service, you need to staff the stores (PAYROLL). Bring back the cost +10% discount for managers. What other benefit do they really have over regular associates?
