Sports Authority – “Well, it is a job...”

Pros

Good Discount. Tech is easily the most enjoyable job in the lower levels of the company. You have your own space and are able to have more freedom than the regular associates.

Cons

Company as a whole will stab you in the back nine times. Total garbage. As a tech, the responsibility/pay ratio is very far off.

Advice to Senior Management

Start caring about your people and maybe they would sell your crappy protection plans and insoles.
