Never work again!!!

Senior Assistant (Current Employee)
London, England (UK)

Pros15% discount, and flexibility when you casual staff

ConsYou have to buy even your own freaking UNIFORM!
And now the "fun" starts when you end up being a full timer, you basically have to work as a slave for free! They keep you extra one or two hours every day, bare in mind that you are working 10h a day already anyway, stock takes you end up doing 16h or more and possibly have to work the next day getting as much as couple hours of sleep. Rude behaviour from management, and higher it goes the ruder the people get! Workload is meant to be for at least 5 people which you have to handle all alone and serve the customers at the same time! Discrimination, shouting, swearing you name it, you got it in this company!!!

Advice to Senior ManagementNone, it goes higher up to the company policies, they have to do what company tells them to do!

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
