    would not recomment anyone to work there no room to grow and treeted badly a

    flexbile work not hard job very easy not much else i can say you get discount and thats about it

    be nice be fair make friends with staff not enemys delgate more power to suborindontes and look to motivte reconise the good not just the bad but most of all stop swearing and act more proffesional also train staff not throw them in

    Pros

    Un employeur anglais qui permet d'accéder à un emploi sans forcément bien parler anglais, il laisse ses chances à chacun.

    Cons

    Les horaires de travail ne sont pas toujours évidentes : finir à 22h30 et recommencer à 7h30 ou finir la veille à 7h30 (en ayant travailler de nuit) et recommencer le lendemain à 7h30 du matin, la transition est complexe à gérer... Être payée le strict minimum, sans avantage de plus la nuit : ceci dit les lois anglaises ne sont pas les mêmes qu'en France, donc gagner 6£/h en 2010 la nuit, rien de vraiment anormal. Mais lorsqu'on passe 6 jours sur 7 au travail, on espère pouvoir gagner un peu plus que le prix d'une chambre en colloc.

    Advice to Management

    Ménager vos employés. Car lorsque ce sont des emplois pour des expatriés qui recherche un travail temporaire le rythme est possible en revanche la bonne santé physique et morale des autres employés à long terme reste à démontrer.
