Licensing Manager (Current Employee)
New York, NY

ProsVery flexible on hours, expenses, etc. Great people, can be a fun environment.

ConsPretty much impossible to move up or into another dept. They DO NOT foster any type of career development unless its within your own division.

Advice to Senior ManagementI'd say I approve of the way Haank runs the company, but it's run with seemingly little regard to market demands and more to sclerotic ideas about what the market SHOULD want.
