Current Employee – been working at Springer Science + Business Media

Pros – Very flexible on hours, expenses, etc. Great people, can be a fun environment.

Cons – Pretty much impossible to move up or into another dept. They DO NOT foster any type of career development unless its within your own division.

Advice to Senior Management – I'd say I approve of the way Haank runs the company, but it's run with seemingly little regard to market demands and more to sclerotic ideas about what the market SHOULD want.
