    Pros

    Hours are dependent on routes, Thus it is easy to maintain a dual schedule or a home life while making a paycheck.

    Holidays follow school schedule allowing a set schedules for holiday travel and/or family.

    Cons

    Hours are very early.

    Pay is minimal.

    No opportunity for advancement or recognition.

    Often tension between management and employees.

    Advice to Management

    Realize you do not have a position without your employees, so it is best to speak to the employees and not down to the employees. Recognize a job well done.
