Sprint Nextel – “OK place to work”

Pros

friendly work environment with certain flexibility. a lot of groups are ok with work-from-home. benefit package is not too bad.

Cons

a place doesn't offer much job security. it's normal to have lay-off every year. for most people there is not big chance to get promoted.

Advice to Senior Management

management team should work / focus on things which will really improve the productivity, efficiency to help company become more competitive.
