Great products, there are many skilled people working within their wireless and wireline organizations and those people are always willing to lend a hand. Very team focused.

Cons

Benefits have went up in the past few years, could have more holidays off. Too many levels of upper management

Advice to Senior Management

There needs to be less layers of upper management. There is still too much bureaucracy within the company. This is the portion that needs to be relieved.
