I have been working at Sprint

Pros

good experience if you're just right out of college. managers work hard to make sure all employees feel comfortable and let you pretty much do your thing unless you absolutely need them

Cons

the retail hours and the favoritism. at times managers bend rules for customers who like to cry to get there way and that can be annoying when you see a customer with the same problem handle it maturely. really, the customers can be very irritating and make you feel worthless

Advice to ManagementAdvice

keep working on improving sprints image. customers are brutal to us reps

I have been working at Sprint

    Pros

My position offers me a great deal of flexibility when I am not in class to take time off as needed for family needs. I also receive excellent support from my manager in areas of development opportunities as well as performance feedback. The benefits package is difficult to beat and they are very open to promotion from within. I sought employment with this company to eventually move into the Training department. While I allowed myself 12 - 18 months to accomplish that goal, it was 1yr and 3 days from the time I started there to the time I signed my offer letter for training.

    Cons

The only downside I see is the competitiveness of the wireless industry. It is a tough industry that requires a large amount of change. If you don't like change, it's not the industry for you.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice
