    Pay is decent if you know how to manupulate the numbers
    Its a job which they make sure to remind you to be glad you have a job

    Cons

    They are all about numbers. All call centers have numbers to meet but ive never worked for a company that is so focused on numbers they dont care about anything else. They don't care about their employees or their customers or even if they stay in business. They only care about their numbers. They claim to be a fair employer with special projects and promotions however they will promote known drug users/dealers to management positions instead of who is qualified and who will do the best job. Many of these numbers they will consistently threaten your job with on a monthly sometimes more frequent basis and their are a few of these that are completely out of your control. One metric is a survey result in the customers hands. Sprint has also taken measures to control or limit who is able to take a survey based on past survey results so they can cheat on survey numbers. They use their own internal survey system as a filter. Reps they work for them have a lifespan typically not lasting much longer then 4 years. After that time they will fire you for an already accepted practice that has been going on for several years prior.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Many of your senior leadership need to be cleaned out. In the Sacramento call center the director and management needs to be cleaned out for newer fresher management. Current management is complacent in doing just the bare minimum to get by at the expense of their employees and fail to understand that they cannot achieve success if they step on the backs of their employees and lie and cheat their way through every problem. You can lie about numbers for so long but when their is no room left to lie or manipulate the truth will come out.
