Pros

Diversity and Work/Life balance is celebrated at Sprint! Company Benefits along with the amount of PTO are amazing - the best I've personally ever had working for any company! Pay is fair for the amount of work required for your position. Management cares about your personal and professional development. Sprint offers opportunities to advance in your career if you are willing to relocate. Customer Service and loyalty has greatly improved and is the primary focus of Sprint!

Cons

Sprint's Small to Mid Markets offer very limited opportunities for advancement. The company is the 3rd largest player in the wireless industry but is significantly smaller than the top 2. Network needs improvement to increase marketshare.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Focus on the network build-out to increase market share and improve the Quality of Service.

Former Employee - Retail Sales Consultant in Fort Myers, FL

    Pros

Pay was decent if you did your job as a salesperson. Flexible hours which come in handy if you're going to school. Paid 2 weeks training where you stay at a hotel for free, get free food and learn all at the same time. Easy to grow within the company

    Cons

Hours are ridiculous but that's in most retail positions. If you're single with no kids, shouldn't be a problem.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Management was great, keep hiring great people!
