    Pros

    GREAT COWORKERS!!! awesome store managers

    Cons

store managers are for sure micro managed with fear, there job is stress and to instill there fear into employees from upper management(district managers). I worked for sprint for 8 years and awesome experiences and my pay was great, district managers come and go and when they come they always try to put there foot down and fire everyone who steps in there way to make a point, in the end the district mangers are canned along with long lasting employees.

I was one of the longest reps around and watched everyone come and go, i knew when my time was up. your unrealistic unimportant money making strategies dont work. listen to your employees because they know the best what works.

    Advice to Management

Stick up for your employees, dont let district/area managers step on you and micro manage you.
its crazy the amount of pressure you deal with. Something has to stop.
dont make your employee kiss your end to climb the latter
