I worked at Sprint full-time (More than 5 years)

Pros

Great benefits, good pay, great employees store mangers and below. Rarely have to work over 40 years. Lot of vacation days

Cons

Need degree or 6 years of experience of management to get promoted to assistant store manager or store manager. Cant use vacations days from November to January

    The work was enjoyable and the other techs are nice and stick together

    Cons

    Moving up is hard especially if you don't fit in to all american sports loving white male mold.

    Advice to Management

    Care about your employees more. Don't micro manage it only hurts the team.
