    Pros

    Great bunch of co-workers
    Flexible work environment
IT is now working towards remote support for improved cost and staff flexibility

    Cons

Years of staff cut backs has taken it's toll on the support staff
Upper Management and Executives have lost touch with the Individual Contributors
Company says that they embrace diversity, however if you discuss any minority community events in the community while at work you maybe terminated.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Prior to the merger with Nextel we used to have skip level meetings quarterly, this helped the remote staff feel valued.
In the past if an All Hands event was held in Overland Park was held management would send a Starbucks gift card or something similar to help foster inclusion.
