    Pros

Outstanding benefits package, plenty of paid time off, 401k, stock options.

    Cons

It doesnt matter if you were the top manager in the country when it comes to beong promoted to district manager, theres is tons of favortism when it comes to getting promoted. Sprint is a great company and has the right idea but unfortunately there are some upper level management employees that give it a bad name. One district manager i know prey on managers that doesnt know all the ropes and will use that to write you up whenever he gets a chance. The way quotas are assigned is a mess and not fair and theres favortism when it comes to assignng it.

    Advice to Management

Support your managers theyre the reason youre going to be successful.

    Pros

Free cell phone bill, flexible hours, most employees are in their 20s, decent uniforms. Good place to work if you don't have a college degree.

    Cons

Idiotic upper management that doesn't understand the retail sales environment. YOU WILL GET SHAFTED ON YOUR COMMISSIONS EVERY MONTH!!!! It takes you about 3 months to learn the computer system and then it will still mess up on you daily. Customers will blame you for company policies/mistakes and it will affect your pay!
