I have been working at Sprint full-time (more than 3 years)

Pros

Great pay and benefits. Opportunity to advance is very high. Upper management are mostly people who have worked their way up and can relate to other employees.

Cons

Customer satisfaction surveys are much more difficult for technicians when everyone we deal with is already frustrated at some level. These surveys are a 1-5 rating, anything below a perfect 5/5 is failure and marks against you.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

I cannot wait until network vision happens. Whats the point of unlimited data use if I can't get service most places that are supposed to be covered.

I have been working at Sprint full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

Great, team based relationship if you get in a solid store, room to grow even without a college degree. Reasonable pay for a straight out of college job, with fantastic benefits and perks as well, and a reasonable compensation package.

    Cons

Retail hours, plus you know... working with the general public. Actually honestly that's not even that bad, it gives you a great opportunity to grow your personal network and make some great new contacts, quickly.

It is a competitive environment, if you aren't ready to get into that it's not the job for you...

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Upper management should have more direct channels in which to communicate with sales staff.
