    Pros

Semi-flexible work schedule, most holidays off, weekends off.

    Cons

Unprofessional staff and employees. Work changes constantly. Management does not care about employees, only numbers. It's a feeling of always being watched and people waiting for you to mess up. One supervisor walks around singing really loud and making cartwheels in the aisles while employees are making calls. Another supervisor is childish, bi-polar and never at work. The worst of them all is the one who gives direction, then lies and said she didn't say it. Spies on ppl and makes it her business to fire those she doesn't like.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Require Management to have at least a Bachelor's Degree, training and actually be at work.

    Pros

Great, team based relationship if you get in a solid store, room to grow even without a college degree. Reasonable pay for a straight out of college job, with fantastic benefits and perks as well, and a reasonable compensation package.

    Cons

Retail hours, plus you know... working with the general public. Actually honestly that's not even that bad, it gives you a great opportunity to grow your personal network and make some great new contacts, quickly.

It is a competitive environment, if you aren't ready to get into that it's not the job for you...

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Upper management should have more direct channels in which to communicate with sales staff.
