I have been working at Sprint full-time (more than 3 years)

Pros

health plan, 401k match, Managers that know how to help you grow.

Cons

not a lot of room for moving up. most move are not to go up the ladder but to gain experience for future roll. if you miss the chance you may not get another for 1yr+ due to budget miss used.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

create a program where a rep who achieves and surpasses goal and has a few years tenure can apply knowledge to others at there level every day without impact to ones income. . . too many reps with integrity and massive knowledge are leaving. "very hard to find people who really care about both customer and company, Even harder finding someone who can connect to both once they leave"

    Pros

Ok pay and benefits. As a lead I made between 42,000. 00-45,000.00 with a college degree. It is more than most of my friends made right out of college. Great place to get sales experience.

    Cons

Not much room to move out if retail even for college grads. Retail hours and disgruntled customers can contribute to a negative feeling towards Sprint.

    Pros

Simple hours; not hard working environment. Great campus to work out; lots of amenities for working on campus and working for Sprint..

    Cons

Constantly worrying about position being eliminated and replaced by contractors; benefits being slashed constantly to provide company to stay in business

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Take a look at your own benefits before slashing employees
