Opportunity to bank as a Retail Sales Consultant but Company is always trying to cut commission margins.

Assistant Store Manager (Current Employee) Hollywood, FL

Pros* Make over $40k as retail associate (more than most managers).
* Free employee line with special pricing on handsets
* Easy environment to work in.

Cons* Competitors pay more and have better service
* Every year the health insurance gets worst
* Whenever a new phone comes out (specially apple products) employees have to wait months to get it, even if willing to pay full price for them (Still not able to get an iPhone 5..)

Advice to Senior ManagementStop trying to cut the profit margins of retail reps (diminishing % on accessories sold, giving crazy quotas to meet)
