ProsThere is a lot people talent, both tenured and new. There are many opportunities and challenges to make the job interesting and enjoyable.

ConsChange is a constant and with that change comes adjustment and learning if you are not comfortable with this then you will struggle.

Advice to Senior ManagementBe involved with your front line employees, make sure that front line Managers continue to mentor and develop your talent.
