    Pros

    Autonomy to make sales decisions and implement your own sales strategies. Plenty of product training to ensure that you understood what was being sold and how to sell it.

    Cons

    Company caps sales attainment multipliers and minimizes the amount of potential commission. More emphasis should be placed on rewarding high performers.

    Good Benefits
    Interesting Project opportunities
    Compensation is fair

    Cons

    Management states to "Yell loud and Yell early" when there are problems on a project. But this can work against you. Being honest about internal politics or organizational bureaucracy can work against you.

    May work more than 40 hours or be on call depending on your work area
    Layoffs are definitely possible
    Moving into higher levels of management is more challenging as possibilities are more limited.
