    Pros

    Steady employer, the company is doing better now after years of struggling with the Nextel - Sprint merger

    Cons

    Network issues, it's hard working for a company that's the red-headed stepchild of the wireless industry but things are getting better. Due to the company's struggles and losing so many subscribers after the merger no pay raises for 4+ years

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    It's a good place to work and I feel that sr. management makes decisions based on the best interest of the company as a whole. Now that things are looking better continue to take care of and invest in your employees

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Limited opportunities in many cases due to layoffs and downsizing over the last decade. Never make a decision like the Nextel purchase again which will impact your profitability for many years and threaten your ability to survive in a very competitive industry.
