I have been working at Sprint

Pros

Commission based so potential to make a lot of money. Flexible schedule depending on your manager. Full benefits and 401 k

Cons

Retail hours so a lot of working on the weekends and holidays. Alot of patients need to deal with upset customers who take their frustrations on you. A lot of politics within management depending on your store. Limited room for advancement.
