Pros

Great work balance. Good compensation.

Cons

But some people keep moving from job to job and no one has any idea what they do. And they are always protected in layoffs. No room for advancement unless you are a cronie!

    I have been working at Sprint full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

    - Great sales tactics and design
    - 2nd/3rd biggest region
    - 1st ranked sales region
    - High focuseon developing next level management

    Cons

    - Pushes innovation and self-creativity with no support
    - Promote management who are not ready
    - Too much sales focus and not enough operational focus
    - 3rd level leaders does not get enough pay for the amount of work they are required to do

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Hire more, spend more time developing the 3rd level of leaders so promotions can be smooth instead of stagnant because there are no possible replacements

    I have been working at Sprint full-time (more than 10 years)

    Pros

    Great people, lots of opportunity for projects, training. Company is family friendly, most managers support work-life balance. Lots of opportunity to work across groups/business units if you want it.

    Cons

    not a lot of upward mobility, as not a lot of the managers/directors move around (except for re-orgs). In some departments 'it's not my job' os the mantra, which can be frustrating when you want to get job done well.
