Pros

A strong move to work from home was the ultimate morale booster. A stable environment if you do your job and a very knowledgeable leadership team.

Cons

Pay could be a bit more competitive

    Pros

    Great work balance. Good compensation.

    Cons

    But some people keep moving from job to job and no one has any idea what they do. And they are always protected in layoffs. No room for advancement unless you are a cronie!

    Learn who does the work!

    Pros

    - Great sales tactics and design
    - 2nd/3rd biggest region
    - 1st ranked sales region
    - High focuseon developing next level management

    Cons

    - Pushes innovation and self-creativity with no support
    - Promote management who are not ready
    - Too much sales focus and not enough operational focus
    - 3rd level leaders does not get enough pay for the amount of work they are required to do

    Advice to Management

    Hire more, spend more time developing the 3rd level of leaders so promotions can be smooth instead of stagnant because there are no possible replacements
