    I worked at Sprint full-time (less than an year)

    Pros

    Able to learn the hardware and software of Sprint/Nextel phone. Able to learn how to take phones apart to fix.

    Cons

    There were never enough techs and the demand to fix was too much. Then, they made techs talk to customers (while the sales staff got to twiddle their thumbs waiting for customers). That's like saying it's okay for sales to not put out the flames. Sales also got paid more.

    Pros

    Excellent company. Overall very happy. A challenging work environment that continues to evolve everyday with new products and services. Extremely competitive offers to win business.

    Cons

    Health benefits ahve really gone downhill with employees shoudlering more of the burden and costs.
