Pros

Happiest workforce I've seen.

Pay is exceptional compared to competitors.

Finally someone gets that you have to hire quality people to provide quality service.

Cons

I'm sure there is something but I have not been here long enough to find any.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

None yet. For self interest, I'd like for them to not get bought by DISH.

    Pros

easy selling environment, low pressure. With a good area manager the job was pretty smooth.

    Cons

quotas could be difficult sometimes. district managers have wide ranging powers over their areas. Some other employees could offer false discounts to clients to beef up results.

I have been working at Sprint part-time (less than an year)

    Pros

Awesome benefits, okay commission, very beneficial learning experience.

Like any other retail job it is sales, the beauty with sprint is all activations and upgrades are a flat rate when you get commission, which is easier on the rep as they dont need to up sell on features.

    Cons

Commission structure is not the best.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Start taking more advice from your sales representatives as we are the ones that display what the company is about and know better than anyone else as to what is going to help us succeed.
