Pros

Happiest workforce I've seen.

Pay is exceptional compared to competitors.

Finally someone gets that you have to hire quality people to provide quality service.

Cons

I'm sure there is something but I have not been here long enough to find any.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

None yet. For self interest, I'd like for them to not get bought by DISH.

    Pros

Smart people and professional managers, lots of opportunity in Network to "own" your role and contribute to success of the company. Some teams work from home 2 to 3 times a week-lots of flexibility for top contributors.

    Cons

Not hard to find yourself working all the time while others around you are happy to let you carry the load.

I have been working at Sprint full-time (more than 10 years)

    Pros

Fantastic people, history of innovation, fair practices.

    Cons

Current pressures to produce in a time when the company is struggling with it's networks, horrible morale, recent lay-offs and impending buy-out.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Keep your employee's morale and culture at the forefront of your decision-making. You're gonna lose the good ones!
