Pros

Awesome benefits, okay commission, very beneficial learning experience.

Like any other retail job it is sales, the beauty with sprint is all activations and upgrades are a flat rate when you get commission, which is easier on the rep as they dont need to up sell on features.

Cons

Commission structure is not the best.

Current Employee - Sales Representative in Fort Worth, TX

    Pros

Decent pay, full time benefits, growth potential is there. At my store we don't have problems with micromanagement however some Stores see this issue..

    Cons

If you work in a service and Repair store chances are good you get the most customers in regards to service And network related issues... The poor quality network makes it difficult to sell confidently And with the recent commission changes upgrades or existing customers aren't valuable... Sprint credit class also attracts less desirable customers.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Management needs to set more realistic expectations and stop comparing themselves to the larger companies such as AT&T or Verizon granted its the main competition but they have Twice the customer clientele and a very stable network. To be point-blank sprints network is poor.
