I have been working at Sprint full-time (more than 8 years)

Pros

Excellent people to work with, family like atmosphere. Solutions selling team and customer service reputation very strong. Upper management listens to their employees.

Cons

Late to the table with products/services/coverage that customers really want and expect.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Continue to invest in the network.

    I have been working at Sprint full-time (less than a year)

    Pros

    Happiest workforce I've seen.

    Pay is exceptional compared to competitors.

    Finally someone gets that you have to hire quality people to provide quality service.

    Cons

    I'm sure there is something but I have not been here long enough to find any.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    None yet. For self interest, I'd like for them to not get bought by DISH.

    Pros

    Fantastic people, history of innovation, fair practices.

    Cons

    Current pressures to produce in a time when the company is struggling with it's networks, horrible morale, recent lay-offs and impending buy-out.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Keep your employee's morale and culture at the forefront of your decision-making. You're gonna lose the good ones!
