    Co-workers (not including supervisors or upper management)

    Cons

    Poor management that will take 2-3 hour lunch breaks and spend all day on the internet shopping, face booking and playing games on company time. Constantly being afraid that you will loose your job.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Learn the job your reps do!!! Take the escalation calls instead of handing them off to a rep because you don't have a clue how to handle it. Promote leads to supervisor positions rather then hiring friends from another department.
