I worked at Sprint full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Co-workers (not including supervisors or upper management)

    Cons

Poor management that will take 2-3 hour lunch breaks and spend all day on the internet shopping, face booking and playing games on company time. Constantly being afraid that you will loose your job.

    Advice to Management

Learn the job your reps do!!! Take the escalation calls instead of handing them off to a rep because you don't have a clue how to handle it. Promote leads to supervisor positions rather then hiring friends from another department.

  2. Good place to work. Great sales opportunity. Comprehensive training.

    Pros

Great benefits, opportunity to make a good income, very competitive, develop sales skills, improve your interpersonal skills, free unlimited phone service, Good training, advancement opportunities

    Cons

Retail hours, no holidays off, long hours, very competitive, customers can be abusive, vacation time limited to 7 consecutive days unless to get DM approval. Must make quota 100% each month.

    Advice to Management

Listen to your frontline staff, they're a better source of information. They deal with the customer daily. Don't dismiss what they say.
